	Article 2, Section 1: Bill/Amendment Ratification Process On the subject of the ratification of Bills/Amendments, the Alliance's Constitution reads as follows: All bills intended to be added to this document must first go through the following judicial process: Proposal must be presented to the Ministrial Cabinet (Rank 4 & 5 Members) Ministrial Cabinet will review Proposal and rule to upgrade the Proposal to a Bill or Strike it down Ministrial Cabinet announces their approval/disapproval of the Proposal If approved, the Bill is presented to the Executive Cabinet (Leader Nations) The Executive Cabinet reviews the Bill and announce their decision to approve/disapprove the Bill If Approved, the Alliance President calls for an Alliance-wide vote to determine if the bill will be ratified or not All Alliance members send in their votes and the Alliance President tallies the votes The bill is either signed into law or struck down Moderators: Moderator, Administrator, DJHonore	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.
	Article 2, Section 2: Membership Revokement Process On the subject of the revoking of an alliance member's membership, the Alliance's Constitution reads as follows: Any and all members that has been impeached or suspended 3 times or more shall be examined by the Executive Cabinet and Ministrial Cabinet. If neither Cabinet can find a reasonable doubt that the member should retain his membership, all charges against the member are dropped and full priveleges are restored. Otherwise, both cabinets are obligated to vote on the question of the members expulsion from the Alliance. If this takes place then the member will be declared a permanent enemy of the Alliance and the member shall not be ever allowed back into the alliance. 	Article 2, Section 3: Alliance War Declaration Process On the subject of Issuing Declarations of War, the Alliance's Constitution reads as follows: Any and all War Declaration Requests must be sent to the Alliance President, Minister of War, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of Resources respectively. The Alliance President will review the request and present it to the executive cabinet for review. If the Executive Cabinet finds a valid reason for the Alliance to go to war with another alliance or nation, it is approved unofficially. The War Declaration Request, now approved unofficially is then sent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The MFA then sends an ultimatum to the offending party asking them to stand down within 36 Hours or face a military conflict with the Caretakers Alliance. If the offending party complies, the WDR is overruled. If the offending party does not comply within the set timeline, then the WDR is sent to the Minister of Resources. The MR then prepares Alliance funds and military assets for conflict and the MW organizes a series of coordinated attacks against the offending party until the offending party surrenders. 	Article 2, Section 4: Trade Embargo Placement Process On the subject of placement of trade embargoes, the Alliance's Constitution reads as follows: Any and all Trade Embargo Requests(TERs) must be sent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Alliance President, and the Minister of Trade respectively. The Alliance President will review the request and present it to the Executive Cabinet for review. If the Executive Cabinet finds any reason for trade with the other party to cease, then the TER is sent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The MFA must review the details of the TER and decides whether or not to go ahead and place a trade embargo on the party in question. If the MFA decides to go ahead with the embargo placement, then the TER is sent to the Minister of Trade to be implemented.
