On the subject of the Jurisdiction of Executive Officers, The Alliance's Constitution reads as follows:
The Executive Ring of the alliance is to consist of the Alliance President, Alliance Vice-President and no more than 8 Alliance Leaders. The Alliance President is hereby established as the sole, undisputed leader of the Alliance as a whole and its many members. His Jurisdiction is to include any and all matters of the alliance and its members. The Alliance Vice President is hereby established as the second-in-command to The Alliance President. His jurisdiction is to include any and all duties assigned to him by the Alliance President. The Alliance Leaders are hereby established as a "power check" for the Alliance Vice President and Alliance President. Their only jurisdiction is to override any decisions that may negatively impact the alliance.
