On the subject of the election of Executive Officers, the Alliance's Constitution reads as follows:
Elections of Executive Officers are to be conducted as follows, a discussion board will be created on the Official Alliance Forums entitled "Executive Election Board". In this discussion board when Alliance Executive Election is called by The Alliance President, All Rank 2-5 Members will announce their support for a canditate. The votes will be tallied by the Alliance President and Re-tallied by each of the current Alliance Leaders. Once all votes have been tallied the Alliance President will announce the results in an alliance wide message.
