Article 2, Section 4: Trade Embargo Placement Process
On the subject of placement of trade embargoes, the Alliance's Constitution reads as follows:
Any and all Trade Embargo Requests(TERs) must be sent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Alliance President, and the Minister of Trade respectively. The Alliance President will review the request and present it to the Executive Cabinet for review. If the Executive Cabinet finds any reason for trade with the other party to cease, then the TER is sent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The MFA must review the details of the TER and decides whether or not to go ahead and place a trade embargo on the party in question. If the MFA decides to go ahead with the embargo placement, then the TER is sent to the Minister of Trade to be implemented.
